Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

All

  • 1 and 1/2 avocados
  • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
  • 3 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • 3 pitted medjool dates or sub for maple syrup
  • 1 sachet of our Hazelnut Mocha Coffee
  • 2 heaped tbsp choc protein powder
  • Melted vegan chocolate to drizzle on top

Method

1. Blend the ingredients in a high powered blender, bullet blender of food processor until super smooth and creamy.

2. Scoop the mixture into jars, glasses or containers and set in the fridge for a couple of hours (or overnight)

THAT. SIMPLE 🙌🏽

Adding in the superfood coffee and protein helps pack it with even more of punch and makes for the perfect mocha treat for all my coffee lover out there ☕️💪🏽
