I was sceptical about this coffee. As a nutritionist, I see a lot of big claims out there on many "health" products, but this coffee is amazing! I drink iy every morning and also use it as a pre-workout because it narrows your focus and concentration. It tastes great, I love the unsweetened version because I hate stevia in my coffee. I make mine with prebiotic plant milk to boost the health benefits first thing each morning! However, I do add sugar to minr but the unsweetened version allows me to add the amount of sweetness I like. Defs recommend! I'll continue to buy this coffee for as long as I can :)
